DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy
Last Updated: May 2026
DeluxeVectors respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
1. Notification of Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.
To be valid, your “Notice” must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (including the specific URL on DeluxeVectors where the material is located).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith that you have a “good faith belief” that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement of accuracy that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Designated Agent Information
All claims of infringement should be sent to:
- Email: support@deluxevectors.com
- Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the material in question under the provisions of the DMCA.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
DeluxeVectors takes copyright seriously. We reserve the right to ban users or contributors who are deemed to be “repeat infringers.” A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice and/or has had infringing submissions removed from the Site more than twice.
5. Limitations
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
